The stuff was really cute, but nothing seemed to fit the way my quiz suggested it would. Maybe it was just my body type or the items I got, but the sizing felt off for me

"The discount/credit setup felt kind of frustrating"
I tried Wantable and, the whole discount and credit thing just felt unfair to me. I had credits on my account, but they didn’t apply the way I thought they would, and it seemed like the discount either canceled something else out or just didn’t work with other offers. Customer service did explain it, which I appreciated, but yeah, it still didn’t really sit right. I ended up feeling annoyed and like the deal wasn’t actually much of a deal.
"Trendy Pieces That Actually Felt Like Me"
I’m really happy with my Wantable box. I gave it 5 stars because the clothes felt current and stylish without being over the top or like I was trying too hard. I got a nice mix of casual pieces and dressier tops, which made it feel easy to fit them into my everyday wardrobe. Not everything was exactly my style, but i had a lot of fun opening the box and ended up keeping more than I thought I would. Overall, it was a really satisfying experience

"Customer Service Totally Saved the Day"
I had a little order disaster pop up and was fully expecting it to turn into a whole saga, but customer service got back to me surprisingly fast. They were super nice, didn’t make me jump through a million hoops, and had everything fixed before it became a full-blown meltdown. such a relief

I had to send back a couple of items it was painless. I kind of expected the return process to be easy since I’d already heard good things about it, and this basically confirmed that for me. The label was simple to find, and my refund showed up within a few days. I’m taking off one star only because the update emails were a little slow

I tried Wantable because I was really hoping the styling would feel more like me. A few pieces were definitely close, and I did end up keeping one top that I liked. But some of the other items felt a little off from what I had put in my style profile, which was kind of disappointing. The sizing was mostly fine, so that part wasn’t really an issue. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as personalized as I hoped. I might give it another try to see if it gets better, because I really want it to work.

"Decent, but the presentation could’ve been nicer"
The box arrived in good shape, and the clothes inside were folded fine, so nothing was damaged or anything like that. It just didn’t feel as polished as I expected. For example, some of the tissue paper was wrinkled, one item looked like it had been tossed in at the last minute, and the whole thing didn’t have that neat, styled feel you’d expect from a styling box. It wasn’t terrible by any means, like the items weren’t crumpled, the box wasn’t crushed, and everything was technically there, but I was hoping it would look a little cleaner and more put together when I opened it.

"Nice flexibility, but billing could be clearer"
I like that you can skip or pause whenever you need to, so that part’s nice. It did take me a little while to figure out the right settings though, and I wasn’t always totally sure when I’d be charged. It’s not bad overall, I just think it could be a bit clearer.

The clothes were fine, nothing terrible, but not special enough to justify paying for them every month. What really annoyed me was the timing too, stuff would show up when I didn’t really need it, or right when I was already busy dealing with other things. For the cost, I expected a smoother experience and better value.

"Good clothes, but canceling was a hassle"
I did like some of the clothes I got from Wantable, so it wasn’t a total miss or anything. But canceling my account was more annoying than I expected. I had to poke around the site for a while, and it kind of felt like they didn’t make the option super easy to find. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but I’m sure canceling shouldn’t take that much effort. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Sizing Is Way Too Inconsistent"
I really wanted this to work out, but the sizing just never seems to match what I expect. I’ll order the size I normally wear, and then it either feels way too tight or somehow a lot bigger than it should be. It’s frustrating because I don’t feel like I can trust the size chart or just pick my usual size and be done with it. I end up second-guessing everything before ordering, and then even when it arrives, there’s a good chance it still doesn’t fit right.

"Way Easier Than Shopping in a Busy Store"
I really liked the try-on period with Wantable. It gave me enough time to try everything on at home and actually see what worked with the clothes I already own. Compared to digging through racks with a crowd around you or making quick decisions in a store mirror, this felt so much more relaxed. I kept the pieces I liked and sent the rest back without any hassle. Overall, it made shopping feel a lot less stressful.
